Bestellung & Stornierung
Send us your order number and correct address immediately . No changes are possible once the package has been handed over to the delivery service.

Via our returns portal . There you register the return and receive your label or instructions.
You have 14 days to cancel without giving any reason. The period begins when you (or a third party designated by you) have received the goods – in the case of partial deliveries, from receipt of the last item.

You can declare your cancellation informally – the deadline is important.
Write us a clear explanation (e.g., by email) or use our portal . Return the goods within 14 days of cancellation. You will receive a refund after receipt and inspection.
You are usually responsible for return shipping costs. For returns within Germany, a flat fee is included in the refund. International returns may vary.
